Royal Pyrotechnie is a family pyrotechnics business located in Quebec specializing in the design   and production of professional, traditional and pyromusical fireworks shows. The company annually produces more than 250 such shows.

Royal PyrotechnieLocated in Saint-Pie in Quebec’s Montéregie region, Royal Pyrotechnie also has two other branches, one in Ontario and one in New Brunswick.

Jean-Pierre Roy is the president and founder of the company. A second generation is also involved: His son, Yanick Roy, as vice-president and show designer, and his daughter, Valerie Roy, as customer service manager and operations coordinator. 

Shirley Thivierge, Yanick’s spouse, has joined the team as office and human resources manager. And, if they so desire, their children, Magali, Thalia and Lohan, may eventually follow in their footsteps in the family tradition of pyrotechnicians.

Together, they share a long-standing passion for fireworks and their number one priority is to please the audience.  Royal Pyrotechnie and its experienced team of pyrotechnicians always strives to create the most original scenarios and scenes in order to exceed the expectations of their customers and the audience . The company hires over 250 certified free-lance pyrotechnicians every year.
